About

Tacitus is a known crook, and relishes in the thought of it. Despite this, he's a bit of a romantic, supposedly looking for the -- " One whom may truly challenge him. " Daring to marry whomever that may be. But this, being a double edged sword due to the fact he see's no one as his equal. Having a hard time taking tougher things seriously he seems like a calloused bastard in a lot of ways he is one. His Wood-Warder skills were always lacking. And his brother and mentor didn't waste anytime in expressing this to him on a daily growing up.He didn't have his brothers keen sense of smell, meaning he wasn't nearly as good as a tracker as Kiladus, so he made up for it in his hearing and fighting. His ears are extra sensitive -- allowing him to hear even the smallest of sounds from far away. This is a double edged sword however, loud noises tend to stress him, and can even disorient him.

Rarely seen without his mask, Tacitus Moon is a mercenary known in certain regions of Gyr Abania and Hingashi. Like his brother, they're real names they have long thrown away, only carrying names picked from story books of heroes that they'd read when young. Tacitus chose the name of a known criminal, and would some what follow in those footsteps. Unlike his brother whom took a more righteous path, Tacitus has worked and will work with various crime groups to seek out the truth. Willing to Kill, steal, and even lie his way out of most situations. His brother and himself were both trained by a Hrothgar in the ways of using their Gunblades, in addition to Mercenary investigative skills that would blend in well with their teachings as Wood-Warders. The Martial Arts Training Tacitus received however was due to his own personal study, teaching himself via scrolls he'd found in the early years of being out on his own. Rummaging the ruins of Ala Mhigo for anything on the matter and would usually come out with something.Kiladus took on the mantle of a Public service helping those in need, sometimes more than not for free. While Tacitus worked only for Gil, and till this day it is his one true love. Despite his daftness towards his brother, he vows to take over his mantle as a public investigative service, all the while looking for his brothers killer.

Methods of Catching Tacitus

- Fighting him in RP: Fighting him in RP is more than fine with me. However we will use dice rolls. First one to reach 5 successful dice rolls wins. Simple as that.( We use Dice - [ /random ] - Whoever has the biggest number wins that round -- first one to reach 10 successful rolls wins. )- PVP Fighting: Tacitus Will accept ' Duels ' despite his lack of honor he still holds this to be true. If you challenge him to a duel, he will accept and meet your character at the Wolves Den where they can fight one on one. He relishes in the thought of a fight -- and a square one on one , bout are the things he dreams for. Upon being defeated he will go in willingly to a worthy opponent.Tricking him: This one's a bit more complicated but i'm not that much of an edge lord that i wont let my character be played like a fool. I'm totally down for that, if you can pull it off using dice rolls. Otherwise I don't much see your character being able to pull it off, but surprise me if you think you can! Like i said, this one's complicated.

Somnus Peddler

Tacitus creates his own Somnus and creates various strands. Somnus is a prohibited drug within mostly all of Eorzea. Somnus makes the user go into a sleep sometimes depending on the potency -- however the strands that Tacitus creates -- is known to do quite the opposite much to the users dismay most of the time.METHODS OF CONSUMPTION - Either the Somnus is going to make you relax, or you'll fall right into the effects of Tacitus's crude Somnus concoction.Amal'jaa Smash - A powerful grown Somnus strand that he grows from Thanalan -- named after the Amal'jaa because it makes people go tribal upon consumption. Moslty used before a fight -- or having sex with a Roegaydn.Moogle Ball - A strand that he create - growing the Somnus strand from moogle hairs -- upon consumption the Somnus strand makes the user feel as though they may be a moogle -- and will do frantic and strange things in public. Warning side effects include but are not limited to.

- Fornication with various non-sexual items
- Thinking you can fly like a moogle - which will result in possible death.Coreul Flux - Don't ask him why its named this. But upon consumption will make the user feel as though they have the speed and ferocity of a Coreul. However they do not, and thus may result in serious injury. However this is the most relaxing strand he has.
